Before starting to work with the platform, make sure that your devices are set up correctly.
- Set the camera and microphone as default for your operating system
- Set the camera and microphone as default for your browser
- Choose the devices in the platform settings
Devices in a meeting
We automatically test your devices when you join a conference. If you’re not happy with the results, change the device and test it once again before entering the meeting.
If you stumble upon a device-related problem during the meeting, you can switch the devices from the toolbar or Settings.
iMind supports all devices. However, there are some restrictions when it comes to different browsers. Read more here.
We store data about users' devices to save your time. You need to choose equipment once and we'll identify these devices automatically in the next sessions.
iMind supports up to 720p. The platform will adjust the quality for you, taking your internet speed and computer characteristics into consideration. You can adjust your preferences under Meeting Settings in the right top corner.
