What kinds of information can I change?
Updating billing info is done via the Subscription tab in your Mind profile. From there, you can change:
- VAT number, address, name.
- Billing country and email.
- Payment method.
Updating billing information
Log in to your account and open tab "Settings" -> "Subscription"
Payment method
Payment method is the debit or credit card you use to pay for Mind services.
Here you can see the information about the card you’ve paid with before. To change the card, press the Edit button on the right-hand side from the card data.
Billing contact
The details of this contact will be on the bill we send you for a Pro subscription. You can change the name, email, address, and VAT number. Please remember that the VAT number is necessary for reverse VAT charges.
